♥Chocolate muffins made with oil
♥♥ Ingredient ♥♥
(6 cotta original muffin types)
egg …………………… 50～60g
Sugar ……………………… 50g
Oil for confectionery … 60g
Milk ………………………… 40g
Chocolate ………………… 20g
Wheat flour ……………… 90g
Cocoa powder ……………… 10g
Baking powder ……………… 3g

♥♥ Get ready ♥♥
①Leave the eggs at room temperature.
②Heat the milk and chocolate in the microwave for 10 to 20 seconds,and dissolve the chocolate in the milk.
Milk is just to the extent that it warms up.Don’t let it boil!
③Shake the wheat flour,cocoa powder,and baking powder together.
④Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
⑤Set a glassine cup in a muffin shape.
♥♥ How to make ♥♥
①Add sugar to the beaten egg and blend well with a whipper.
②Mix around with a whipper while adding oil little by littke.
③Add milk and chocolate and mix.
※Point
If the milk and chocolate are cold,heat it in the microwave for a few seconds and warm it slightly.If the chocolate is solidified,it won’t mix beautifully!
④Add the sprinkled wheat flour & cocoa powder & baking powder at once and mix it round and round.
⑤Change it to a rubber spatula as much as there is a little powder left,and mix the powder attached to the bowl together to complete the dough.
⑥Pur the finished muffin dough into a muffin mold with a glassine cup.
※Point
If you divide the total weight of the muffin dough by 6 and make the amount of the dough uniform,the fire of all muffins will be uniform.
⑦Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 20 to 22 minutes.
