Today,I will introduce a simple lemon muffin recipe that you just need to mix and bake the ingredients!

“Lemon muffin”recipe
6 muffins
Ingredient
【Lemon muffin】
Egg…55g
Granulated sugar…60g
Honey…10g
Vegetable oil…60g
Milk…50g
Lemon juice…15g
Wheat flour…90g
Almond powder…20g
Baking powder…3g
【Lemon glaze】
Powdered sugar…20g
Lemon juice…3~4g
【Topping】
Lemon…Appropriate amount
Homework
1.Keep the eggs at room temperature.
2.Keep the milk at room temperature and keep it not cold.If it is cold,heat it in a microwave(600W)for about 10 seconds and keep it at a temperature that is not cold.
3.MIx the wheat flour,almond poodle,and baking powder well with a whipper.
4.Set the glassin case on the muffin mold.
5.Preheat the oven to 170℃.
HOW to make
1.Melt the eggs at room temperature well with a whisk.

2.Add granulated sugar and mix well with a whisk.
Mix well until it turns white!

3.Add honey and mix well with a whisk.

4.Add vegetable oil and mix well with a whisk.
Mix well until it thickens!

5.Add milk at a temperature that is not cold and mix well with a whisk.

6.Add lemon juice and mix well with a whisk.

7.Add the mixed “wheat flour & almond powder & baking powder” while siftug,and mix well with a whisk.
Because it contains almond powder,I used a coarse-eyed sieve.

Mix with a whisk until the powder is no Longer visible,then replace it with a rubber spatula and prepare the dough.

8.Divide the dough into 6 equal parts and pour it into a muffin mold with a glassin case.


9.Bake in an oven preheated to 170℃ for 19 minutes.

※How to determine the baking
After baking for 19 minutes,try to stab the middle with a toothpick.
♥The sign that the moist muffin is baked is enough to stick a little sloppy dough✨
♥If nothing comes with the toothpick,it’s OK to bake.If it is overcooked,it will be dry.
♥If the dough is sloppy,it hasn’t for an additional 2 minutes!

It’s burnt!
Take the baked muffin out of the oven and keep it hot.
10.Add lemon juice to powdered sugar and mix well.


The finished lemon glaze!
11.Put thinly sliced lemon on a hot muffin.

12.Pour a lemon glaze on top of the lemon.

When the lemon glaze is dry,it’s done!
